Piston for chainsaw brand STIHL MS361.
Supplied the piston:
1. Chrome-plated cylinder with a coating of industrial chrome. Coating thickness is 0.22 mm. the Hardness 70HRC.
2. The piston is made of aluminum alloy with oil retaining notch. Piston diameter 47mm.
3. Two piston rings thickness 1,2 mm.
4. Finger to install the piston on the connecting rod.
5. Retaining rings - 2pcs.
The cylinder is manufactured by technology of casting under low pressure. When using such technologies are not applied by the press form. Metal is poured into the mold, where it cools without external influences. Due to this, the air bubbles have gone and the cylinder walls get massive and homogeneous. This greatly improves the thermal conductivity of the cylinder and affects the increase of resource robots and piston.
