Monica EOOD is a licensed recruiting agency for Bulgaria and all countries of the world. The agency is located in Burgas and has a network of offices and representatives in many European countries. We work under an agreement with EMPLOYERS and our services for candidates are free of charge.

We work in the selection of highly qualified specialists, but also ordinary working personnel.

In the last year alone, with our help, more than 1000 people have found their job, seasonal and permanent.

The selection of candidates for the Summer 2022 season has already begun.

What does a candidate need to know?

1.We work as HR for employers, so the candidate is hired, DOES NOT PAY:

-commission

- road

- accommodation, meals,

-work clothes

THE EMPLOYER'S EXPENSES ON EMPLOYMENT OF A CANDIDATE ARE NOT COUNTED WITH THE CANDIDATE'S WAGE!

2. The candidate works LEGALLY, with an employment contract, insurance and an official work permit from the State Employment Service and a permit from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

3. The candidate signs his Labor Contract and receives his Work Permit BEFORE ARRIVING at the place of work.

4. There are working positions for which the candidate must have a document confirming the qualifications.

5.Period of employment - JUNE-SEPTEMBER.

6. Candidates at work must beat the vaccination / "greens certificate" /.

7. Those who come to work buy their own tickets for arrival and upon nailing them, the employer will restore the cost of the ticket.

8. For citizens of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, the amount is refunded from the cost of the Kiev-Burgas-Kiev bus, or tickets are bought on the Istanbul-Burgas-Istanbul bus.

9.A visa for seasonal work, citizens of the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan, the candidates themselves pay and submit, after receiving from us a work permit, insurance and signed by them an employment contract.

7.Dishwashers - / 20-58 years old /

8.Massage for SPA centers / 20-45 years old /, qualifications, experience, experience.

9. Rescuers / 20-45 years old /, with an international license.

10.Specialists of manicure- / 18-35 years old /.

11.Administrators of hotels - / 18-35 years old /, English, PC.

12. Handyman- / 18-50 years old /.
